Ricky has spent his life in fitness. He began as an undefeated U.S. middleweight Champion Kickboxer. He has a 6th degree black belt in Taekwondo and 30 years of training experience in helping others achieve their fitness goals. As the owner of Southside fitness, helping others is the driving force behind all he does. Ricky teaches Boot camp here at Plex Fitness , and will be offering a new Boxing Boot camp Class 9 am, Monday and Wednesday.
Taylor Fason is a certified personal trainer and a self-proclaimed "Fitness Junkie." Her goal in life is to help others achieve their fitness goals. "Everyone goes to the gym with a purpose, a why. I am here to remind of that why." Whether as your spotter or as a friendly face in the club, Taylor strives to make every member feel amazing, everyday.
Tanesha is the owner of D2N (Dance 2 the Nations) dance studio, where she teaches ballet, jazz, liturgical, African, Jewish, and Mexican dance styles. Tanesha is a Certified Zumba Instructor and an active member of ZIN (Zumba Instructor Network), where she teaches at D2N, LA and Plex Fitness Center. Zumba Fitness and the various styles of dance that Tanesha offers has allowed her the opportunity to share her love and care for other's health through her love and passion for dance and fitness. Tanesha is also a Licensed Social Worker and believes dance provides a place for the mind, body, and emotions to release and unwind.

I'm Brandi Payton, I’m 24 years old and a gym lover. Working out has been my hobby for about 5 years now, following my mother’s footsteps and I love it. In 2014, I decided to challenge myself and began to compete. I have competed for three years, placing top 10 for the past 2 years, taking the overall bikini title at the 2016 Southern Muscle in Jackson, MS. I went on to place top 10 at Jr Nationals in May 2017! Being fit isn’t just something that I just do, it’s a part of my daily life. I train to see good results and progress for the hard work I invest when working out. Working to soon become a certified personal trainer in the summer. I look forward to helping others achieve their goals.
